Reservation policy

  • Advance Booking: Guests are required to make their reservations at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us prepare for your arrival and ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
  • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. This allows us to adjust our bookings accordingly and offer the accommodation to other guests.

  • Deposit: Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date.

Accommodation policy

  • Pet Policy: Haras Las Tordillas is not pet-friendly. We kindly ask our guests to make alternative arrangements for their pets during their stay with us.
  • Age Restriction: The cabin areas and Club House of Haras Las Tordillas are exclusively for adult guests. We do not accommodate minors in these specific areas to ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests.
